1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Full name, mobile phone number, and profile photo when you register.
• Location Data: Approximate and precise location (with your permission) to show nearby service providers.
• Photos / Media: Photos you upload for your profile picture or service listings.
• Service Information (Providers): Business name, category, service description, pricing, shop photos, and location.
• Booking Information: Service requests and booking details between customers and providers.
• Payment Information: Subscription purchase history processed via Google Play Billing. We do not store card or bank details.
• Usage Data: App interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics collected by Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To match customers with nearby service providers.
• To display your profile and service listings to other users.
• To process and manage subscription plans.
• To send important service updates and notifications.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs via crash analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:

• Between Users: Provider name, photo, service details, and location are shown to customers searching for services. Customer name and contact are shared with the provider when a booking is made.
• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase Auth, Firestore, Storage, Crashlytics, and Analytics — all governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Subscription payments are handled by Google Play.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.

4. Location Data

We request access to your device location to show you relevant service providers nearby. Location is used only while the app is in use (foreground only). We do not track your location in the background. You may deny location permission and manually enter your area instead.

5. Photos & Media

Photos you upload (profile picture, service images) are stored securely on Firebase Storage and may be visible to other users of the app. You can delete your photos by editing your profile or deleting your account.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data at rest is stored on Firebase's secure infrastructure with Google-grade encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information, service listings, and uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

KaamPlus is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.

9. Third-Party Links

The app may display links to Google Maps or external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party services.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for location access at any time via device settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
